ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TIMELINE

Annual performance evaluations will be conducted for staff employees beginning January 4, 2021.  The evaluation will be based on performance between January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.  Human Resources is working with the Office of Inclusive Excellence to finalize updates to the evaluation forms to include a focus on performance in the area of inclusive excellence. The forms will be available HERE by January 4, 2021. The timeline is as follows:


January 4, 2021 – January 29, 2021

Employee will complete the self evaluation and review their position description.  The completed self evaluation and position description will be sent to the supervisor.

January 22, 2021 – February 22, 2021

Supervisor will complete the evaluation and position description review and hold the evaluation meeting with the employee.

February 26, 2021

All documents to be submitted to Human Resources as outlined on each form.
